    Make sure that you take a look at the workout of the day (RODs WOD) posted daily in the blogs section.  

    Try and follow the series of routines, post your times and start challenging others and yourself.  If you have any problems understanding the exercises set then just let me know and I will try and post a video feed (although I hate videoing myself jumping up and down)
